• Planned and coordinated move of 16 offices and plastics plant: racking and crane systems, plus 15 injection molding machine workstations. Included steps to shut down, clean/paint, move, install, level, and test each machine.
• Coordinate site preparation: electrical, HVAC, VCT, phone, security, interiors, furniture, signage, and landscaping.
• Organized open house event.
